Is this program safe? Do I have to take any pills or supplements?

Moderation Drinking is a safe program that involves cutting back on your drinking. You will not be required to take any pills or vitamin supplements. All you need for this program is a will to change your drinking habits.

Can I work towards a goal of total abstinence with this program?
