As an empowered adult of legal drinking age, I wish to purchase the First Round Last Call Challenge Coin™ as a tool to help me drink less alcohol and practice Moderation Drinking. I understand and agree to uphold the simple premise of this Code: To drink a maximum of TWO DRINKS on the days I choose to carry and deploy the Coin. I agree to adhere to this Code anywhere I may consume alcohol... at home, at a friend's house, at a bar- restaurant, at the beach, on an airplane, or a sporting event, etc.

I agree to Practice Moderation Drinking using the First Round Last Call Challenge Coin™ as follows:

1. Place the Coin proudly on the table with the FIRST ROUND side up, and order your first drink.

2. When done, turn the Coin over with the LAST CALL side up, and order a second drink.

3. When your second drink is done YOU STOP DRINKING ALCOHOL for the rest of the day.
